How do I order one?

You can now order from our online shop!  Just click on the Shop button at the top of the page.

Is ReAxle hard to install?

No it's super easy!  It takes most people less than 5 minutes and you only need a few tools.  There is a downloadable guide on the fitting instructions page.

Do I have to modify my trainer?

No.  The beauty of ReAxle is it is a direct replacement for your non-drive side adaptor.  No modifications are required.

What about if I change my bike?

There are different versions of ReAxle for each different axle type and length.  If you change your bike for one with the same axle it will fit, if the axle is different then you will either need a different version of ReAxle or swap back to the original adaptors.

If I sell my trainer can I remove ReAxle?

Yes.  ReAxle is a direct replacement for the non-drive side adaptor on your trainer.  You can remove it at any time and swap back to the original adaptors.

How much does ReAxle cost?

All versions of ReAxle cost £40 plus shipping

How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping costs £5 for Royal Mail 1st class signed for service.

International shipping cost between £10 and £13.50 depending on country.  This is for Royal Mail International Tracked service where it's available.

Which countries do you ship to?

Royal Mail is used for all our shipping.  You can see a list of countries they ship to here

How long does it take to process orders?

Orders are usually packed and shipped the next working day.

Will I have to pay any customs or import costs?

For international orders you will need to check the import rules of your country.
Since Brexit all EU member countries charge VAT plus a handling charge on goods being imported.  For Germany this is approximately 15 EUR and for Demark 250 DKK.  These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be used as a guide only.
